Rangers bring in D Parlett by The Sports Network
The New York Rangers agreed to terms with free agent defenseman Blake Parlett on Thursday.
The 22-year-old Parlett appeared in 24 games for the Connecticut Whale of the American Hockey League last season and totlaed two goals and 10 assists.
The Bracebridge, Ontario native began last season with the Greenville Road Warriors of the East Coast Hockey League and had seven goals and 24 assists in 46 games.
