MLB Updated Odds To Win the World Series 6/5/11 by Joe D’Amico

Well, sports fans with just about a week left in the NBA, sports enthusiasts must rely on baseball to make money and to get their sports fix. It is the MLB that will keep us going until August (Hopefully) when football starts. Musician David Bowie coined a song named “Changes.” Folk singer, Bob Dylan wrote, “Times they are a changing.” Since the MLB season began, we have seen some teams exceed expectations and we have seen some teams fall way short of pre-season hopes. As we near approximately 40% of the season in the books, there are more than a few teams that aren’t exactly where prognosticators expected them to be. The A:L East is separated by 7 games, with New York in 1st and Boston Tampa Bay, and Toronto all trailing by 4 games or less. Baltimore dwells in the cellar at 26-31, as the only team in the division with a losing record. The AL Central is showing that the top 2 teams, Cleveland and Detroit are the cream of the crop, as Chicago, Kansas City, and Minnesota are all marked with losing records. The AL West is very exciting as with each passing week, a different squad takes over the top spot. Texas leads the division, 2 1/2 games ahead of the recently bottom dwelling Seattle club, with Los Angeles and Oakland still having trouble scoring runs. the NL is like the Old west as in each division, it seems that two teams are rising above the others. The East has Philadelphia leading Florida by 3 games. Both squads have been on the skids due to lack of hitting. The Central sees St. Louis coming alive on offense, 2 games ahead of Milwaukee. The once feared Cincinnati boys have slipped into the 3rd slot. Chicago and Houston continue to show that although good pitching is important…a lack of hitting is fatal. The NL West has L.A., Colorado, and san Diego all under .500, while Arizona and San Francisco is only a 1/2 a game apart for first place. Only 2 weeks ago I gave you a summary of the MLB. Now, there is a completely different picture. With all the ups and downs in baseball, you need to rely on solid information. That’s why year in and year out, I make you money. Scouts, analysts, and contacts are the reason why I rise to the top of the heap every year. Follow my MLB winners to ensure a profit.
