Braves’ Chipper Jones injured vs. Mets by The Sports Network

Atlanta Braves third baseman Chipper Jones left Thursday’s game against the New York Mets with a right adductor strain.

It’s not certain when Jones, who is listed as day-to-day, suffered the injury. He left after eight innings and was replaced at third base by Diory Hernandez.

Jones went 3-for-4 and tied a career high with five RBI in the 9-8, 10-inning win.
